Howies Spring 2009, I spent two weeks at the begining of 2009 working at howies in Cardigan designing illustration work for both inside and outside the catalogue. For this particular catalogue I got an insight into how the whole thing is pieced together and how everyone who is involved work like nutters to get it completed. The cover is a great medium to work with and I was fortunate enough to have alot of freedom to design around the theme of footprints. This catalogue is the first to be sent without an envelope so when designing it I had to consider where the address and postage would go so I decided on Mr Posties bike. Footprints is about working to reduce your carbon emissions and there are allot of fantastic articles and work put into this catalogue. (I think the best one yet) to create a wonderful FREE gift from the sexy fine people at howies. Enjoy!
